1.3.8 changelog
Updated march 10, 2012

Features

  • Runes spawn with the first creep spawn(at game time 0).
  • Runes spawn every 2 minutes of game time.
  • Added a special effect to Kisame's Sahameda mana drain. It is different depending of damage type (physical/spell).
  • Added new special effects for some skills on River.
  • Increased the efficience of Nwu's Damage System.
  • Something I do in every release... optimiced map script.
  • Added new heroes:
    Madara
    Pain (Deva Path)
  • Fixed Sakon's Ultimate tooltip.
  • gameinfo command now shows more info about game modes.
  • New blood effect on Kidomaru's Ultimate when it kills a unit.
  • Fixed Kakashi Hotkeys: Q R T Y. E and R reserved for copied spells.
  • Added a MiniMap signal when your allies use tp Scroll.
  • Changed Temari model.


Bugs

  • Raikage's Raiton no Yoroi damage has been fixed. Now it deals the proper damage (80)
  • Fixed a bug with Sarutobi's Ultimate: it deals more damage than should and don't damage the caster.
  • Fixed a bug with Chakra Armor and Raikage's Lariat.
  • Fixed damage systems bugs.
  • Fixed Shino's "Bug Wall" bugs.
  • Enabled AOE damage of Female Kikai bugs's "Release" ability when a Female bugs has Bug Wall on.
  • Disabled Yondaime Sealed Kunai on Couriers and Anko.
  • Fixed a bug that allows Circle of Power use TP scroll.
  • Fixed Kimimaro Tessenka No mai Bugs.
  • Fixed Shino Bug Walls bugs.
  • Fixed Raikage's ultimate crash
  • Increased Raikage's Lariat precision
  • Sakura's passive now stuns.
  • Fixed a bug with projectiles and TP scroll: now misile homing stop them traveling when the target unit uses TP. It is to avoid flying units bug.
  • Fixed a bug with Onoki's Ultimate that affects which have used Gelel Stone.
  • Fixed a bug with Mizukage's Komu no jutsu that affects which have used Gelel Stone.
  • Fixed a but with Tsunade's Medical Ninjutsu Mastery that don't repels: Onoki's Ultimate,Mizukage's Komu no jutsu.
  • Fixed a but with Suigetsu's Ultimate that don't it don't do all the effects: slide damage (in small aoe), stun (to target after slide), slow (in small aoe).


Balance

  • Changed Kabuto's Saisei No Saiboui damage type to Physical damage.
  • Increased speed of Mizukage's Yokai No Jutsu from 600 to 900.
  • Mizukage's Pressence only works with a certain jutsus and items abilities. Only works with: Her jutsus, Sage Scroll, Karites Touch, Totsuka, Rengeki, Hoshikage, Assasin Cloak, Chakra Smasher, First Hokage's Necklace, Gelel, Giant Iron Fan, Haku's Overcoat, Ikazuchi, Jashin, Nidaime Helm, Hexagonal Crystal
  • Mizukage's Pressence revamp: Gain +10/20/30% of the mana used for her spells and gives + 10/20/30 INT for each casted jutsu stacking a max of 3/4/5 times. Each stack lasts for 6 seconds.
  • Increased Mizukage's Komu no Jutsu manacost from 90/110/130/150 to 115/160/205/250.
  • Increased Mizukage's Yokai no Jutsu manacost from 100/110/120/130 to 125/160/195/230.
  • Increased Mizukage's Yokai no Jutsu cast range from 500 to 600 all levels.
  • Increased Mizukage's Lava Globs manacost from 30/40/50/60 to 55/90/125/160.
  • Increased Mizukage's Yokai no Jutsu effects duration from 1/2/3 (normal, stack 1, stack 2) to 3 seconds all levels (doesn't matter how many stacks). Note: Remember this spell has effects on units with negative buffs.
  • Increased Mizukage's Komu no Jutsu cast range from 400/450/500/550 to 600 all levels.
  • Reduced Baku bounty from 180+(Random Beetween 0 and 47) to 100 all levels.
  • Increased Baku's movespeed from 350/375/400 to 400 all levels.
  • Increased Baku's Vacuum stun duration from 0.5/1/1.5 to 1.65 all levels.
  • Increased Baku's Vacuum damage from 90/150/210 to 150/210/270.
  • Reduced Town Scroll Portal channeling from 4 seconds to 3.5 seconds.
  • Added 75 mana cost to Town Scroll Portal.
  • Reduced Jirobou's Rakanken cast time from 0.8 seconds to 0.4 seconds.
  • Reduced Jirobou's Rakanken cast time from 0.8 seconds to 0.4 seconds.
  • Suigetsu's Suika no Jutsu dont't stack with Remi/Shin guards anymore.
  • Reduced Suigetstu's Torrent duration from ~2 to ~1.5 seconds.
  • Removed Neji Ultimate's silence.

What's so buggy about Anko using Yondaime's Kunai? Never seen anything buggy related to it. And if you're doing it for balance issues there are a lot of others that use it more effectively.

Not funny get hooked while she is in a hill. Also, plus Pain's First skill (is an target-atraction spell) it can be hard abused.

Great work Muzk! I am very please and surprised that you added such epic heroes like Madara and Pain !!! Great pick. Mizukage 100% needed some buff ( she was the most underpowered hero imo). Great work on fixing bugs , especially 3rd hokages ult... so imba...

Dont want to rush just excited about release date...so week, 2, 3? I think i seen somewhere that you are planning to release it somewhere during march .

I'm bad terrainer, don't want to remove hills and think it is not easy to code (don't want to hardcode this).

Could leave a small enough area open up there so that a hero couldn't fit into the spot so nobody could blink up there but there would still be a tiny place to put wards.
